UCCS Village at Alpine Valley & Roaring Fork Dining Hall
Colorado Springs, Colorado
Kiewit constructed a two-phase, four-building, mixed-use Village that features three residence halls and a signature dining hall with a multi-venue platform, late night grill, scratch bakery, and a multi-purpose conference/venue space. The residence halls feature large community lounge areas on each floor to foster connections to other students and to nature with views of Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods.
The Residence Halls (La Plata, Cucharas, and San Juan) provide academic, classrooms designed to accommodate in-house lectures, summer camps, conferences, and housing for freshman and transfers.
One of the first Design-Build projects for the University and the campus’ largest project to date.
