Jack and St. Malo Production Platform

Kiewit fabricated and integrated the 20,000-ton topsides of the Jack and St. Malo Production Platform at our yard in Ingleside, Texas. The semi-submersible production platform is designed to process 170,000 barrels of oil equivalent and 42 million standard cubic feet of gas per day, the largest of its kind in the Gulf of Mexico.

Scope of work included the fabrication, lift, set and integration of the generation, compression and production modules to the hull and the interconnection of all structures, piping, cabling and testing of these systems. Additional work included the fabrication, loadout and seafastening of six pipeline end termination foundation piles and 16 mooring piles.
