Ilima at Leihano Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility

KISCO Senior Living’s first assisted living community in the fast-growing city of Kapolei features a memory care facility to treat their Alzheimer’s patients. Located directly across from the Kapolei Regional Park, Ilima at Leihano Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility is near shopping, restaurants, and transit hubs, as well as the Kapolei public library.

The project sits on four acres, comprised of a three-story wood framed building with 84 units totaling 43,000 SF of living space. Special attention was paid to the acoustic separation between adjacent units through construction of acoustic walls and floor assemblies. Units are studios and one-or two-bedrooms, with kitchenettes, lanais, and spacious living areas – all designed with the signature plantation style architecture of Kapolei. There are two dining rooms, several common living areas, a memory garden, fitness center and a design-build pool. The environment is designed to adapt to various needs and lifestyle choices, along with flexible living options.
