The Clyde H. Wells Fine Arts Center Renovation project modernized and updated spaces, improved energy efficiency, improved accessibility standards, and replaced 80,000 SF of aged flat roof areas. The scope of work included the restoration of the existing theater seating and added new flooring, lighting, wall coverings and window treatments. The auditorium upgrade also included the installation of 745 chairs and all necessary anchors, aluminum number/letter plates, lighting transformers, aisle lights, armrests, seatbacks, and attic stock (spare parts/materials).

Kiewit delivered this renovation project on schedule and under budget, with the building remaining fully operational throughout the process.
