Centennial House at 1050 Ninth Street

This project consisted of the interior and exterior renovation of a historic home to meet the current and future needs of the tenant. While the lighting, electrical and bathroom fixtures were modernized, this 1,150 SF building displays restored original wood flooring and brick walls alongside glass storefront walls.
