Kiewit is planning to build-out the Marine Yard to ensure it meets today’s environmental and engineering standards. Our vision is a modern marine facility that we are proud to showcase to the community. Our build-out improvements will clean up the water lot and include additional environmental offsets.

The project (PER No. 23-130) is in the Application Review phase of the Project and Environmental Review (PER) process with the port authority. The process includes one 20 business day public comment period.

Your input is important, and we invite interested parties to ask questions and provide comments on our application. The Application Review public engagement period will run from Friday, February 28, 2025 – Thursday, March 27, 2025.
