Ibberson International, Inc. was contracted by Perfect Companion Group Co., Ltd. (A Charoen Pokphand Group Co., LTD) to design and engineer an additional petfood extrusion line for its petfood plant in Bangkok, Thailand.
The project involved building a 382,000-square-foot premium pet food manufacturing facility to replace an aging plant. T.E. Ibberson Company (Ibberson) was selected as the design-build contractor based on positive experiences from an earlier project.

The mill includes fully automated batching at 140 TPH, pelleting in two lines at 120 TPH, rail receiving at 600 TPH, truck receiving at 350 TPH, barge unloading at 600 TPH, grinding at 120 TPH, and loadout at 400 TPH.
