The Hilton Hotel Expansion and Renovation project included the new construction of a six-story, 150 guest room tower located above the existing parking structure. This expansion accommodates large groups and special events, and provides additional availability for leisure and business guests.
Grand Mesa Hall located on the Colorado Mesa University campus is a 288-bed-occupancy, suite-style student residence complex. The completed six- and eight-bedroom suites each have a shared living room, two bathrooms and voice, cable and data capabilities.
The University of Nebraska at Omaha's (UNO) Maverick Village is located on a seven-acre site on UNO’s North Campus. The Village houses 480 students in eight, three-story buildings. Each unit consists of a fully furnished four-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment style layout with a kitchen, living room and exterior balcony. A centrally-located commons building with study spaces and laundry facilities, and exterior amenities including an access controlled parking garage, basketball courts and grilling area, add to Maverick Village’s appeal to students.
The renovation of the Kittredge Complex included a complete interior renovation of four student residence halls constructed nearly 50 years earlier. The residence halls feature one-, two- and three-bedroom suites and include offices, classrooms, common areas, lounges, laundry rooms and storage spaces.
Hastings College Morrison Reeves Science Building is a LEED® Silver certified, 55,000-square-foot facility used for science teaching and research. Building features include a large atrium area with a student lounge, laboratories, research areas, classrooms and offices.
Constructed in a tight area next to a major corridor on the Clarkson College campus, this fast-track project was completed in 11 months. The fully furnished suites have four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and voice, data and cable access. Laundry facilities and a storm shelter are located on the lower level.
University of Denver's Asbury Green student housing facility was the first LEED® certified multi-family housing project in Colorado. The 354 bed, four-level, wood-framed residence includes 171 units, with floor plans ranging from studio to four-bedroom apartments. Student common areas include a fitness studio, laundry facilities, and an interior courtyard featuring a fire pit and water feature. The facility also features a two-level, 257-stall underground parking structure.
The University of Nebraska at Omaha Scott Court Complex provides rooms for 476 students in four, three-story apartment style residence halls. A typical unit includes a full kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a common living area. Laundry facilities, common areas and an exercise room are included in each building.
The J. James Exon Regional FBI Headquarters is a multi-building, secure campus that includes a 97,800-square-foot office building, 49,400-square-foot parking garage and a 14,500-square-foot annex building. The main four-story building achieved LEED® Gold certification and incorporated numerous sustainable design features.
The Newport News Federal Courthouse is a 35,000-square-foot, LEED® Silver certified facility. The interior structural, security and utility work included the construction of courtrooms, jury rooms, judges' chambers, office areas for administrative and security personnel, and a two-story lobby with sitting areas and restrooms.
