Market Station is a $115 million mixed-use project for Continuum Partners, redeveloping the existing RTD Market Street bus terminal in Lower Downtown Denver, Colorado.

This prominent project includes 477,000 SF of mixed use construction, including a below grade parking garage, 225 multifamily units, and both retail and commercial office space. As a result of being situated adjacent to the RTD headquarters, Market Station has enhanced fire suppression technology that prevents construction activity from impacting the RTD building.
