New Hospitals

The Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital is a 260,000 SF hospital, located on a 20.6-acre site. It is a 110 bed, state-of-the-art rehabilitation hospital that is split into a 48-bed specialty hospital, a 48-bed acute rehabilitation hospital, and a 14-bed children’s rehabilitation unit. Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital also has three separate therapy gymnasiums, a warm water therapy pool, and an independence square, or “simulated community” that are all used specifically for rehabilitation. Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital also supports both outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation, as they have their own outpatient clinic located on the main level.

Addition

The Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital Clinic Addition is an 8,000 SF outpatient addition to the existing Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital built by Kiewit in 2017. The addition features 10 new exam rooms, new staff workspaces, and a new outdoor patio. There is a link connector that unites the new and existing spaces, and guests are greeted in the new space with a 1,220 SF reception area.
