Core Bank Corporate Headquarters is a new 60,000 SF office building in west Omaha’s Village Pointe area. The first three levels of the four-story corporate headquarters will be occupied by Core Bank with future tenants to fit-out level 4.

The building’s exterior is a sleek design of precast, metal panels, storefront and curtainwall. Located in the lobby is a structural steel feature stair and a precast shear core that will be the view of the heart of the building. Amenities include open work areas and collaboration spaces, a fitness area, private offices and an innovative 1,500 SF interactive teller area.

The corporate headquarters sits on five acres with a 266-stall paved parking lot, and an outdoor patio with access to walking trails and local businesses.
