The Toyota Elephant Passage Exhibit at the Denver Zoo is the first LEED Platinum certified exhibit in the country. The exhibit features six expansive outdoor yards, three animal crossings, and more than 1.1 million gallons of water for the exhibit animals to enjoy.
Upon completion in Spring 2013, TD Ameritrade Headquarters will be an iconic presence in the Omaha skyline The corporate campus will include a main 12-story office tower with an adjacent two-story pavilion and contain over 512,000 square feet of space. The project is targeting LEED Platinum certification and includes numerous sustainable features.
The BlueCross Centre is a LEED Silver certified 316,000-square foot building built to combine company operations in one central location. The ten-story facility has capacity for 1,500 employees and features an employee wellness area, dining facility, administrative spaces, and more.
The ACI Worldwide office building is a three-story facility enclosing 165,625 SF of space, including office, data center, training rooms, cafeteria and exercise room space. The long span steel framed structure provides column-free open office areas. The building is clad in two-tone precast concrete panels with aluminum windows featuring sun screens at south and west exposures.
The Newport News Federal Courthouse is a 35,000 square foot, LEED Silver certified facility. The interior structural, security and utility work included the construction of courtrooms, jury rooms and judges’ chambers on the upper two floors, office areas for administrative and security personnel, and a two-story lobby with sitting areas and restrooms.
The J. James Exon Regional FBI Headquarters is a multi-building, secure campus. The campus includes a 97,800 square foot office building, 49,400 square foot parking garage and a 14,500 square foot annex building. The main four-story building achieved LEED Gold certification and incorporated numerous sustainable design features.
