Palazzo Verdi Tower

As the construction manager/general contractor, Kiewit Building Group Inc. provided design-assist services for the Palazzo Verdi Tower. The project scope for this $57 million project involved constructing a 422,000-square-foot, Class A, 15-story office tower. The project is registered with the United States Green Building Council and is designed according to LEED® Gold guidelines.
