Ak-Sar-Ben Village - Omaha, NE
Aksarben Village is a 76-acre mixed-use development, which includes offices, state-of-the-art research technology facilities as well as retail, residential, recreation and entertainment facilities.
Woodhouse Nissan - Omaha, NE
The Woodhouse Nissan facility houses a two-story, 35,000 square foot auto dealership. The new facility contains space for sales, service reception, service center, technician’s lounge, parts storage, administration and additional support areas.
Borsheims - Omaha, NE
The Borsheims Fine Jewelry and Gifts Addition project consisted of remodeling and expanding corporate office and retail space and the addition of first level retail space, front entry and warehouse.
University of Nebraska Federal Credit Union - Lincoln, NE
The University of Nebraska Federal Credit Union project included demolition of the existing building, site improvements, foundation and basement construction and the construction of a two-story, steel-framed building with brick and metal panel veneer skin.
Brite Ideas - Omaha, NE
Kiewit Building Group completed a structural reconstruction and total interior renovation of the Brite Ideas facility, which was badly damaged in a fire. The structural reconstruction included rebuilding the exterior brick walls on the east side of the building that were damaged when the roof trusses collapsed.
Goodwill Retail Center - Omaha, NE

The Goodwill Retail Center project included constructing a 15,500 square foot facility containing retail space, a donation area with a covered canopy and warehouse space. An illuminated two-story vestibule defines the entrance to the building.
