Kiewit Construction Company completed this $55 million state-of-the-art Press Center project in 26 months. Precise scheduling and coordination proved to be the keys to success in installing the three German-manufactured presses, the largest installation of such presses in North America.
The Caterpillar CLAAS manufacturing facility contains a 165,000 square foot assembly area and 35,000 square feet of office space.
The Cobra Castor Living Quarters project is a 9,500 square feet structure built to accommodate 15 workers and includes administrative, dining and rest areas.
The Nebraska Furniture Mart Distribution Center is a state-of-the-art warehouse/distribution center with a high speed racking system that allows employees to fill 600 customer orders an hour. This project enclosed 511,000 square feet – approximately 12 acres under one roof.
