Business Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program

Kiewit has in place a Corporate Compliance Program that includes specialized training to assist employees in understanding their personal ethical and compliance responsibilities. The program is designed not only to ensure Kiewit’s business is conducted in accordance with sound and ethical business practices and all relevant laws and regulations, but also to monitor and change behavior as necessary.
Kiewit’s policies require employees to report all violations, either actual or suspected, to an appropriate member of management. The Kiewit Compliance Hotline (1-800-901-1087) is available to report such matters anonymously.
